Haluoleo University, Kendari, Southeast Sulawesi in accepting new students of academic year 2011/2012 provides eight thousand students consisting of 6500 degree (S1) and 1500 diploma three (DIII). This amount does not include evening classes and graduate.
According Unhalu Rector, Prof.. Dr. Ir. H. Usman Rianse, MS, in remarks delivered at the graduation period October 2010 to January 2011 in the Auditorium Building Unhalu, Saturday (01/29/2011), a new admissions system in Unhalu can be reached through three channels namely National Selection State University (SNMPTN) written test / skill, through SNMPTN Invitation, and Line Search Interests and Potential Program (PPMP).
Quota prospective new students are accepted at Unhalu SNMPTN through a written exam / skills and the invitation, continued Usman, which amounted to 60 per cent respectively 30 per cent of the quota of new students accepted in Unhalu in 2011.
While quotas prospective new students accepted through the PPMP are 40 percent. Usman further said that all paths admission would be done through on-line registration. Register on-line path and PPMP SNMPTN Invitation commenced on February 1 until March 12, 2011. While the path SNMPTN written / skills was held on 2 to May 24, 2011. In this line registration, new students must be actively registered in accordance with the guidelines.
